Shape Memory

Revolutionary mechanical advantage.

Easy wearing and removing

The softening action of Shape Memory Aligner® in warm water makes it easier to remove and wear.

Enhancement of orthodontic force

The shape memory function of the Direct Aligner allows for the provision of maximum orthodontic force through a minimized block out approach.

The recovering of orthodontic force

If the orthodontic force and elasticity of the Shape Memory Aligner® decrease, a simple solution is to immerse it in warm water. This will enable it to regain its original force and form.

Heat disinfection

When it comes to thermoforming materials, they undergo complete deformation when exposed to hot water. However, with Direct Aligner, even if it becomes contaminated due to prolonged use or the presence of foreign object debris (FOB), it can be restored to a clean state, along with its original shape and mechanical properties, through heat disinfection at temperatures below 100°C.

Convenience of Storage

Due to the availability of the shape memory function and the option for simple heat disinfection, there is no need for an additional exclusive case for storage. Instead, you can directly insert the aligner into your mouth after disinfecting it in warm water and utilizing the shape memory function, even during activities such as eating, without the need to remove and store it separately.

Perfect Transparency

Graphy is dedicated to achieving complete transparency in its materials, ensuring that wearing the 3D Printed Direct Aligner is virtually undetectable due to its 100% transparency. Unlike other materials that are prone to discoloration and struggle to regain their original color, Direct Aligners are resilient against discoloration and can easily restore their transparency by simply brushing them with toothpaste.
